Return and Refund Policy
Our community is our pride, and we bring the fauji ethos to all that we do. But if we fall short in our commitment, we are here to help out.
We offer returns and refunds only for damaged or defective products. If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a refund. We may require proof of the damage or defect before processing the same, so we recommend filming a video as you open your parcel. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above 450. For orders below that, an additional charge of 50 is added.
India
All products ordered within India are shipped via DTDC or India Post as selected during checkout. We ship orders within 2-3 business days, and shipping times for items on pre-order are generally specified on the product page itself. However, shipping times for signed editions may vary, and items are dispatched within 5-7 business days.
International
All products ordered to other countries are shipped via DTDC, DHL or India Post as selected during checkout. The shipping charges specific to the country are reflected during the payment process. We ship orders within 2-3 business days, and shipping times for items on pre-order are generally specified on the product page itself. However, shipping times for signed editions may vary, and items are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Despite our best efforts to display product colours and designs accurately on our website and social media, there may be variations in the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, product finish changes over time, and other such factors. Textures and material appearances may also vary for the same reason.
