SAAB NLAW

The SAAB NLAW (Next generation Light Anti-tank Weapon) is a man-portable, shoulder-launched, disposable anti-tank weapon developed by the Swedish defense company SAAB Bofors Dynamics.

The NLAW is designed to provide infantry troops with an effective and easy-to-use weapon for engaging and destroying armored vehicles and fortified positions.

The NLAW system consists of a launcher and a disposable missile, which is fired from the launcher. The missile is equipped with a tandem warhead that is designed to defeat modern armored vehicles equipped with explosive reactive armor (ERA). The NLAW also features an advanced guidance system, which enables the missile to accurately hit its target, even in adverse weather conditions or when the target is moving.

The SAAB NLAW has been used by the armed forces of several countries, including Sweden, Finland, and the United Kingdom. It has been deployed in a number of conflicts, including the War in Afghanistan and the Libyan Civil War. The NLAW is considered to be a highly effective and reliable anti-tank weapon, and it is valued by infantry troops for its simplicity of use and ease of transport.
