   3.1 We offer to exchange clothing items like T-shirts, hoodies, etc., on account of size variations. You would be required to send us the item at your cost while we would ship the replacement free of charge once.
   3.2 We offer refunds for products purchased from us or from our eCommerce partner that are damaged or defective.
   3.3 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a refund.
   3.4 We may require proof of the damage or defect before processing a refund.
   3.5 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
   4.1 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the product has not been customised for you (such as autographed by name for you, etc.).
   4.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
   4.3 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website.
   5.2 Our liability for any direct damages arising out of your use of our website is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

   7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the legal jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.

   7.3 The place of arbitration will be Chandigarh.
