Former Pakistan President and Army Chief General Parvez Musharraf dies at 79

Remembered in India as the initiator of the Kargil War, he was convicted and sentenced to death for subverting Pakistan's Constitution. He was living in self-exile in Dubai and was a declared fugitive.
