Yugoslav Wars (1990s)

Following the breakup of Yugoslavia, a series of conflicts erupted, largely along ethnic lines, involving Serbs, Croats, Bosniaks, and others. These wars were marked by ethnic cleansing, genocides, and the struggle for national sovereignty.
