Integrated Battlefield Surveillance and Intelligence Centres
Being developed by the Indian Army. They will get feeds from a wide array of sensors ranging from satellites and drones to radars and troops on the ground, to provide a composite operational picture for commanders on both the China and Pakistan fronts. Dozens of such centres will be in place by the end of 2025, and would ensure swifter decision-making by commanders and better meteorological forecasting for frontline troops, and improved management of logistics and human resources.
