On 29 November 2016, fidayeens sent by the Jaish-e-Mohammed infiltrated from across the LoC and stormed the Nagrota Army Base in Jammu and Kashmir. A fierce gun battle followed. The terrorists then entered the buildings that housed officers and their family members, trapping them inside their homes.

Nagrota Under Siege is the story of the harrowing attack and the heroic Indian Army operation that followed. The grit, tenacity and unmatched bravery that the Indian soldiers displayed in countering the terrorists is grippingly told in this riveting, well-researched and heartfelt account.
